GO COMM bats for charity
- The President of the Malaysian Cricket Association, Tunku Pete Imran, the official patron of the cricket match, presented the ashes to the winning captain.
Tunku Pete said, "I must congratulate Peter de Kretser of Australia for dreaming up such a wonderful and interesting way to support the charity. Cricket is a sport that develops character and friendship."
- The President of the Breast Cancer Welfare Association, Ms. Ranjit Kaur said, "The Ashes cricket match is a unique and fun way to raise funds for our association."
- Over RM50,000 was raised for Breast Cancer.
