A unique social media influencer campaign to launch the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Johor.

We created a live 2-day gameplay campaign titled 'Who Stole the Cookie from the Cookie Jar' in line with the hotels global policy of serving warm chocolate chip cookies to all guests upon arrival.

Twenty high profile social media influencers from Singapore and Malaysia were invited to compete in a series of challenges, with posts engaging their followers to solve the case. 

Influencers were selected from across social media networks (FB, Twitter, Instagram & Snapchat) - the business person, family, honeymoon couple or celebrity.

Winners received a free week stay in the Penthouse suite.

The Results

> 120 Posts In 2 Days

The new hotel quickly gained prominence on social media 

> 76% Increase In Engagement 

The hotel's Facebook page registered over 3,000 new likes with an increase of 76% engagement

> 80% Web Traffic

The hotel's website registered an 80% increase in traffic

> Best Hilton Hotel Launch Award

The hotel was awarded the ‘Best Hilton Hotel Launch Award’ globally
