Social Media Executive

Do you consider yourself a communications extraordinaire with a flair for all things social media and digital-related? We're searching for the newest member of our ever-growing Digital Team.


•    Research, create, develop, publish and manage social media content

•    Collaborate and cooperate with the team to ensure events, activations and key client milestones are marketed on social media 

•    Monitor and manage paid social media campaigns and advertisements end to end; including research, scheduling and reporting

•    Use initiative to take creative control and judgement about style, aesthetic and effectiveness

•    Work cooperatively with key team members (within internal team and cross-functional teams), clients and suppliers

•    Trend watching and digital landscape research

•    Community management on social media channels; this includes flagging any critical issues or feedback to the client

•    Provide clear and concise briefs and feedback to the design and editorial teams

•    Implementing  of social media strategies in line with time frames and deadlines



•    Experience in similar role or in digital/social media content creation

•    Strong passion for social media and digital marketing/PR

•    High attention to detail

•    Demonstrable writing and editing skills

•    Demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms

•    Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager/Power Editor or other industry analytics and scheduling tools such as  Hootsuite or Buffer

•    Intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft Office

•    Excellent communication skills – verbal, visual, and written

•    Strong ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work within small timeframes

•    Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced industry

•    Ability to operate autonomously, as well as within a team environment



•    Skills in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

•    Knowledge of MailChimp

•    Understanding of or exposure to SEO/SEM and remarketing efforts

•    Understanding of social media monitoring/listening tools

•    Understanding of social media analytics

•    Experience in client management



•    Must possess a degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Public Relations

•    Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu  (bonus points for Mandarin)

•    Minimum 1+ years experience in related field(s)
